HEALTH SERVICE DELIVERY

HEALTH SERVICE DELIVERY

Service delivery is markedly the principal function of the health facility. CHAG is providing primary, secondary and tertiary health care as well as preventive, promotive and rehabilitative services. Important dimensions of service delivery are quality of care, patient safety, protection of patient rights as well as adherence to medical norms and ethics. Relevance of service delivery in respect of local disease profile, as well as efficiency and effectiveness were important parameters as well. Services were provided in line with national priorities and in accordance with standard treatment guidelines.
